- Gmail Account Information: Your email address and profile information from Google OAuth2
- OAuth Tokens: Refresh tokens to access your Gmail account (stored securely)
- Usage Data: Timestamps of when you access your accounts
- Session Data: Temporary session information for authentication
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to:
- Provide access to your Gmail inbox through our service
- Authenticate your identity via Google OAuth2
- Store your account preferences (premium status)
- Enable multi-account switching functionality
Data Security
We implement several security measures:
- OAuth2 Authentication: We never store your Gmail password
- Encrypted Storage: All tokens are stored securely in MongoDB
- Session Security: Sessions expire automatically
- Access Controls: Premium accounts have restricted access
Data Sharing
We do not share, sell, or distribute your personal information to third parties. Your Gmail data remains private and is only accessible to:
- You (the account owner)
- Other users (only for non-premium accounts)
- Administrators (for account management purposes)
Data Retention
We retain your account information as long as you use our service. You can request account deletion by contacting our administrators.
Google API Services
This application uses Google API Services and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We only request the minimum necessary permissions:
- Read-only access to your Gmail
- Basic profile information
- Email address for identification
